We even have their regular drinking glasses at home and small size bottles that can be used with baby bottle tops or sippy cup style tops that my older girls take to school with flat tops and filled with milk.

Solay Wellness (So Well) Favorites

When I told her about this giveaway, she gladly handed us three of our favorite So Well products to include!

8” Round Grilling Salt Slab

  • Appropriate for all skin types, especially for those who have eczema and psoriasis
  • It neutralizes and disinfectant properties block the growth of body odor causing bacteria on your body.
  • Suggested for hand sanitizing and for aches and pains: Heat this Himalayan salt stone at low temperature in oven for 5 minutes or cool in freezer for hot/cold therapy and place on aches and pains or massage with it.

Deodorant Powder

sowell deodorant powder

$12.95

Fight odor naturally this summer! I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to natural deodorant, but I know many people, including my husband, who struggle to find one free from aluminum that actually works for them.

One product my hubs used to always reach for at the store was an anti-perspirant and it just made me cringe! Thankfully we found this and he loves it and that makes this a fave for me!!! I use the rose and he uses the men’s formula.

This unscented mineral-rich Himalayan salt is antibacterial to fight odor-causing bacteria. This includes a small amount of apple cider vinegar to help neutralize odor and balance the skin’s natural pH.

This formula is safe for even the most sensitive skin, and you will notice the care and attention that has been put into each small batch from the first application.

essential oils extra copy

I am personally throwing in my two favorite summer essential oils:

$26

An outdoor blend of essential oils in a 30 ml spray bottle

Say good-bye to those pesky insects! This all-natural formula of Citronella, Cedarwood, and a blend of 11 other therapeutic grade essential oils in a base of pure fractionated coconut oil. A primary function of essential oils in plants is to help protect against insects and other predators.

Unlike other products that contain synthetic and toxic chemicals, this is a natural approach to managing exposure to biting insects. The fresh, light citrus smell is wonderfully invigorating and can be used safely by everyone in the family. One application provides coverage that lasts up to 6 hours!

$24

A cleansing blend of essential oils in a 15 ml bottle

This is an exclusive combination of essential oils that help to purify and eradicate odors in a natural, safe way. This uplifting blend combines citrus and pine essential oils that leave an airy, fresh scent on surfaces and in the air.

A favorite among EO users, it can replace foul odors quickly and be an effective cleaner throughout the home. It contains Lemon, Lime, and Pine essential oils, known for their powerful cleaning properties, along with Siberian and Austrian Firs to purify the air and protect against environmental threats. The addition of Citronella, Melaleuca, and Cilantro give this blend an enticing aroma that’s unique and unmatched in purification properties.

Why is it a favorite summer blend? It also helps to soothe away those bug bites if you forget to use your outdoor blend! 😀

*Feel free to email me about which oil brand I use!

So many of my days are spent in anxiety, exhaustion and worry. I need to and want to trust God more in this area and teach my boys to not be anxious or worried but to live with joy, trusting God everyday of their lives. Making sure that I spend time with the Lord everyday, eating better, being more active and taking better care of myself will help me to better be able to take care of my precious boys!

I am working on decluttering and reorganizing my small living space to help things have their place. Everyone in my family functions best in a clutter free environment, but In our small space (family of 6 in less than 1400 sq ft with only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and only one closet) that can be very difficult. This hopefully will free us up to be able to enjoy life together more!
