Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

cup
coconut oil

cup
Rapadura or raw sugar

egg

tea
vanilla

flour

teaspoons
baking powder
½
sea salt

cinnamon
1 ½
cups
grated zucchini
1
cup
chocolate or carob chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Cream together coconut oil, sugar, egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon. Add this to the creamed mixture.
Add zucchini and chocolate or carob chips.
Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden on top.
